1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the Hygenx website, mobile application, or any associated services (collectively, the "Services"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Order Acceptance and Processing

Hygenx retains discretion to refuse, cancel, or limit orders for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Pricing errors
• Suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions

All sales are final and non-refundable except in cases where products arrive damaged or defective through no fault of the purchaser.

Prices may change without notice. Any pricing errors will be corrected promptly.

3. Product Information and Use
